HOW CAN I GET INVOLVED?


1. CALL US
Make a confidential toll-free call to our outreach social worker at 1-888-674-6464. Learn more about the study. Discuss your situation. Together with the social worker, you can decide if your involvement in this study would be feasible for you.

2. COMPLETE AN APPLICATION
An application can be sent to you by U.S. mail or through e-mail.

3. WAIT TO BE APPROVED
The research team will review your application materials and let you know if you have met the study's requirements. Details of the study will again be reviewed with you.

4. SCHEDULE A TESTING TIME
Once you are selected for the study, the social worker will work with you to schedule a time for you to come to NIMH.

5. COMPLETE TESTING
When you arrive at NIMH on the day of the study, you will be greeted by our staff who will guide you through the testing. When the testing is complete, arrangements will be made for you to return to your home.

6. RECEIVE COMPENSATION
The payment for your participation is mailed to your home address after you complete the testing.
